5 Tips to Connect With Your Joy Today

  1. Find something to laugh about—ask yourself —what is funny about this?
  2. Find a favorite song that you can sing anytime you are out of your Joy–at first you may not feel like it—but do it anyway.
  3. Dance—move your body—do your favorite dance move—if you are at work–dance in the bathroom in the stall.
  4. Tune into your Inner Child and ask it what it would like to do for fun today–it always has lots of ideas:)
  5. Do something out of the ordinary for someone you love. Plan to do something for them over the next day or two–send them a love note/ email—a loving phone message—give them a hug and share what you appreciate about them.

    Oddly enough I already sing and dance. My first priority in the morning is to turn on the radio. I enjoy laughing at myself, not making fun but finding something funny about my mistakes.
