Slow Down and Go Inward

The Holidays are upon us! This can be a time of big-time busyness or a time of consciously choosing how you are going to direct your time and energy. I have been finding myself slowing down and going more inward since Thanksgiving. I am doing a lot of deep reflection on what I want to consciously create personally and professionally in this next year. Part of that process is releasing what is no longer serving me in my life, whether that is physical items or activities that aren’t in alignment with where I want to go.

I also have been enjoying my little niece and nephew so much. We spent Thanksgiving with them at my Sisters and Brother in-law’s house. It was so relaxing and fun 🙂 Here is my niece eating this amazing vegan, gluten free pumpkin pie my Brother-in-law made.
