I Am So Excited for the New Year!

I hope you are having a wonderful Holiday! I was in Green Bay, WI on Christmas Eve and Christmas with my family.  It was SO nice to be together.  I also was missing my Dad who passed away 2 years ago.  It is amazing that when there is such a deep loss like this it forever changes your experience of the Holidays.  What helped was to share memories of our time with our Dad.  This picture is one of my favorites of my Dad.  It was after playing our family games at Christmas.  We were all sitting around laughing and sharing stories.  When I look at this picture I can still hear my Dad’s chuckle.  It warms my heart.  Sending love to you if you are missing someone you love that has passed away.  I know it can be a tender time.

This Holiday has been so peaceful and relaxing. We have a lot of snow so I have been taking long walks with Niyo and love watching the sky set against the white snow. I love the “Spirit” of this time of year as it envelopes everyone in its Grace and Love. I am so excited for the year ahead yet I am loving the space of the in between. The letting go of the 2013 and the movement into 2014–it is a space of tremendous opening and possibility.
